Milton W. Ellisor, Jr. (Buddy), President

Buddy Ellisor has more than 33 years of experience in both the polymer manufacturing and construction industries. Buddy is the former Director of Construction Technologies for Master Builders. He also founded PolySpec, LP in 1992, which is a manufacturer of high performance coatings, marine decking, sealants and subsea insulation. Later, he founded this company, PolySpec Construction Services, Inc. in 2002. Buddy has authored numerous technical papers and is co-author of four patents. He received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Baylor University.

Chad Bird, Vice President of Operations

Chad Bird has more than 10 years experience in the high performance coatings industry; including work in the marine, industrial coatings, and commercial industries. Chad started with PolySpec Construction Services, Inc. in 2005 as the Operations Manager and has directly managed many of the company's key projects. Chad received his bachelor's degree from Sam Houston State University.
